Sabrina C. Torgersen Heinrich, L.M.T.

I have been practicing massage therapy for about 18 years and I couldn't imagine doing anything else.  I attended Blue Sky School of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork in Madison, Wisconsin.  After graduating and receiving my State and National licenses, I opened Healing Touch Massage in Madison, Wisconsin.  Since moving to Tennessee, I have worked at a day spa and a medi spa before deciding to open up my own massage studio again.  Cascades Massage opened in March of 2011. 

I love helping others reach their health care goals.  Massage is no longer just a luxury but part of a health care regimen.  Just knowing how beneficial massage is, is a driving force to help as many people as I can.   

Over the past 18 years, I have taken many continuing education courses to further my understanding of the human body and add to my "tool box" different techniques to better serve my clients.  I also hold a Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology which has helped me better understand how stress and the mind truly affect the body.
